Woods set for 2019 debut at Torrey Pines

SAN DIEGO (AP) Rory McIlroy had a week to remember his first trip to San Diego. He carried Northern Ireland's flag during the opening ceremony of the Junior World Championship and later had a picture taken at Torrey Pines with a certain Mr. Woods.

Miller's final NBC call will be Feb. 2

Johnny Miller's final broadcast as NBC's golf analyst will be during the third round of the Phoenix Open.

GREAT ABACO, Bahamas (AP) Rafael Campos won The Bahamas Great Abaco Classic in 25-mph wind Wednesday to become the first Puerto Rican champion in Web.com Tour history.

Long wins Desert Classic for 1st title

LA QUINTA, Calif. (AP) Adam Long bounced around golf's backwoods for years, winning only a lone Hooters Tour event. Now, he's headed to the Masters as a PGA Tour winner.

Long won the Desert Classic on Sunday at PGA West, beating Hall of Famer Phil Mickelson and Adam Hadwin by a stroke with a 14-foot birdie putt on the final hole after a 6-iron approach from an awkward stance. Read More...

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. (AP) Eun-Hee Ji of South Korea left the mistakes to everyone else down the stretch in the LPGA Tour season opener.
